We pretty much had our game plan up until a couple days before the tournament when we listen to where someone else had really caught them. So we changed and went there. That's usually a mistake but you never know. I did have two break off, back to back when setting the hook. Then I checked my one month old flurocarbon line and broke it with my hands.

Then my next cast (with a different combo) was a keeper. So that should have been 3 keepers. Late in the day we went to where we were going to start and caught one almost 4 lbs and another good explosion. To little too late. Come to find out some of the top weights were there in the morning. Had a good time anyway. Won some good prizes in the drawings they had. It's a great tournament, 136 boats, feed you breakfast and dinner (no cost), free water, goodies were giving away, local boat dealers had brought new rigs for people to look at. Pam Martin-Wells was there. One of the best tournament around!
